Bespoke leadership and organisational development programmes support groups and individuals on relationship management, especially on the interface between Boards and senior management. Successful management of these relationships is fundamental to the success of many of our clients, as they go through change.

Our team also work with new organisations – for example, new social landlords and housing management companies – to support their development as effective organisations.

We are developing experiential, action learning programmes bringing together leaders from the voluntary, social care and housing sectors.
In Wales we are developing an approach to support organisations that need to factor the challenges of devolution into their decision making and organisational effectiveness.
